The Couch to 5k prepping is working out well.

and I decided to save time and money I would pick him up in Worcester
after work today so we could head out up to NY to visit my parents
instead of him coming all the way home and us backtracking. ANYWAYS, my
work gets out at 2:05 and his ends at 4 (today). So I had 2 hours to
kill. I typed in "gym" into my gps and went to the one closest to his
work where I completed day 3 of week 1 of couch to 5k! It felt awesome! It barely hurt and I didn't struggle. I realize the program will switch every week so it's a struggle but it's nice to have completed a day without feeling horrible.
