A few things to note:
1. I don’t have enough time to dry my hair and with it being so muggy it won’t dry on its own in a timely manner. That kind of annoys me.
2. The less the sun is out, the less I want to do stuff. I don’t know how waking up at 5a in the winter will end up working out.
3. If I went for the same amount of time for both days, what’s with the discrepancy in calories burned? I was trying to keep my heart rate in the “weight burning” range - under 132 so I had to slow down but I went farther today and burned less. Is a machine malfunction? Ninety calories is a lot to not burn. The lines on the phone (double on #1 and single on #2) have nothing to do with the incline or speed I used. I don’t know why they were different.
