I've been trying to figure out what to do, blog-wise for 2013. I really wasn't a huge fan of the Happiness Project. While in theory, it sounded great, in practice, it was tedious. I didn't like switching topics each month. I did succeed when I kept it small - like reading a small portion of the Bible to complete it in one year and not drinking soda for an entire year. By the way, I am calling December 30 the last day since technically that will be 365 days (thanks, leap year!) and I want to be able to have some soda on New Year's Eve as I trudge through Boston for First Night.
So what to do for 2013? I have some ideas floating around from screenplay writing to not having added salt (seems impossible though I have done it for 6 months before) to just trying to be healthier. Actually I didn't swear for a few months one time, I should look back into that. I'll come up with something in the next few days.
I definitely plan on doing something I saw online:
I already went to Michael's to buy a vase (because 365 pieces of paper will fill up more than a bell jar!) and some other supplies to make this happen. More on this later.
