T minus less than 1 month

This is the list I made on my 28th birthday - a list of things to do before I am 30. I now have 31 days left to complete as many of them as possible. Some have already been completed. 

  1. Do a polar plunge
  2. Go in a hot air balloon
  3. Visit Alaska
  4. Visit Russia
  5. Learn one style of dance
  6. Get a little more in shape
  7. Become a published writer (not just columns)
  8. Lose 80 lbs minimum
  9. Teach a college course
  10. Take 12 graduate history credits (because I need to, ugh). Added 07/12 - take 18 more credits to get a raise
  11. Read a few books I didn't read in HS like Catch 22, Lord of the Flies and Catcher in the Rye
  12. Watch a few movies Scott is horrified that I haven't seen like any Godfather movie or Braveheart
  13. Do something with my artistic photos - like put them as decorations inside our house
  14. Buy a house or at least move out of the one I grew up in
  15. Try scuba diving in the ocean
  16. Start horse back riding again
  17. Become a mom
  18. Volunteer
  19. Stick to a budget
  20. Develop my photography skills - still need to do it MORE
  21. Go rock climbing (indoors)
  22. Be cleaner
  23. Be more healthy
  24. Go whale watching
  25. Read the Bible - almost done
  26. Learn to like fish or sushi
  27. Try new foods like lobster and vegetables
  28. Complete my family tree
  29. Learn to like cooking/baking
  30. Get a tattoo (preferably of Orion)
  31. Ride a camel in the desert (Sahara preferably)
  32. Learn to speak and write Russian more
  33. Go indoor skydiving
  34. Learn to ski
  35. Buy a _____ (private). (I can't remember what this is... oops)
  36. Learn to surf
  37. Go to the beach at least 5 times this summer
  38. Visit places close by that I've never been
  39. Walk on a glacier
  40. Visit the pyramids
  41. Visit the Great Wall
  42. Do a flash mob
  43. Go on an African Safari

  46. Go to the cherry blossom festival: http://www.nationalcherryblossomfestival.org/
